URL to video

Paste a URL, get a video about what that page actually says

Your website already explains your product, your service and your help topics in writing. Chitrio can read a public page, pull out its readable text and turn it into a narrated video script that sticks to the page's facts. It works for product pages, landing pages, feature pages and help-centre articles, and the result is a video you can use in ads, onboarding emails and social posts.

Straight answer: The video can only be as accurate as the page. If a product page is out of date, the video will be too. Check prices, features and availability on the page before turning it into a video.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste the page URL

A public https page. The page is fetched safely and its readable text is extracted, without menus, footers and cookie banners.

  2. 2

    Shape the script

The script is written from the page text and stays faithful to it. Add a hook, a call to action or remove sections that do not fit.

  3. 3

    Render

Choose visuals: AI images, stock footage, your own screenshots or product photos. Add your brand and an end card with your call to action.

What people make with it

Product pages

A product page becomes a short video that explains the benefits in plain words for a store listing or an ad.

SaaS feature pages

A feature page plus a few screenshots becomes a walkthrough video for onboarding and sales follow-ups.

Help-centre articles

Common support answers become short videos that can be linked from tickets and chat.

Service pages

A clinic, agency or consultant's service page becomes a clear explainer for people deciding whether to book.

Event pages

An event page turns into a promo with the date, place and reason to come, ready for social.

Questions, answered

Does it copy my page word for word?

No, it writes a video script from the page's text and keeps to its facts. If you want exact wording, paste it in your-own-script mode instead.

Which pages cannot be read?

Pages behind a login, pages that only render text with JavaScript, and pages with very little readable text. Paste the text directly in those cases.

Is fetching a URL safe?

The fetcher only follows public https addresses and refuses private network addresses, and it limits redirects and download size.

Can I add screenshots of my product?

Yes. Upload screenshots or clips for any scene. Your own visuals are used as they are.

Is this different from blog to video?

It is the same reader, aimed at a different job: blog to video repurposes articles, while URL to video turns product and service pages into selling or onboarding videos.
